Referral Agreement
This Referral Agreement is written confirmation that an attorney has referred a potential client to another law firm or attorney and the attorney referring the client will receive a percentage of any attorney fees. This agreement sets out the terms of the arrangement including the name of the potential client and the percentage of attorney fees payable to both parties. A written Referral Agreement will prove helpful in the event there are disputes regarding the division of attorney fees.
